What it is
The Fischer CPE-S / CPE-SL plastic pipe clamp is a pipe support with a clamping range of 40 to 43 mm and an M10 threaded connection. Made for fixing pipes, it combines lightness with ease of installation, and supply as a single piece allows the quantities needed for the installation to be managed precisely.
A pipe clip is a metal or plastic band, often with a rubber insert, that wraps around a pipe and fixes it to a wall, a ceiling or a rail with a screw, wall plug or threaded rod. Light, heavy-duty, noise- and heat-insulating versions are available, as well as versions for downpipes and flues.

Used for installing building services and plant and for supporting pipework and ductwork.
How to use it
Choose a clip with the diameter of the pipe and the right load rating. Fix it to the support with the right anchor, insert the pipe and tighten the screw until it holds the pipe without crushing it. Versions with a rubber insert dampen vibration and noise. On lines that expand with temperature, leave the movement free on the sliding clips and lock the pipe only at the fixed points.
