Anchor fixing KD Fischer

What it is

The KD Fischer anchor fixing is a toggle plug designed for anchoring on hollow walls and plasterboard sheets. It specifies a reference hole d0 of 12 mm and a fixing length l of 95 mm; it is supplied in a box of 50 pieces. The anchor mechanism opens behind the sheet, distributing the load over a wide surface and ensuring a firm hold even on thin, hollow substrates.

Plasterboard and insulation fixings are fixings that open out behind the board or hold insulation panels in place, for fixing to hollow walls and ETICS insulation systems.

What it is for

Used for general-purpose fixing into masonry, concrete and timber and for fixing into plasterboard and lightweight partitions.

How to use it

Drill the board with a suitable bit or screw the self-drilling plug in directly, without hammer action. Insert the fixing and tighten it until it opens out behind the board, without overtightening so as not to break through the plasterboard. For insulation, drill through to the load-bearing substrate and insert the fixing flush with the panel, using the specified setting tool.
