U-washer Fischer

What it is

The U Fischer washer is a flat washer for distributing the load in screw connections. With a thickness of 3 mm and an outer diameter of 30 mm, it provides a stable bearing surface that spreads the tightening pressure and protects the underlying material. The product is supplied in a box of 50 pieces.

A washer is a perforated disc placed under the nut or screw head to spread the load, prevent loosening or insulate the fixing.

What it is for

Used for assembling steel structures and for mechanical fixing of structures and components to walls, ceilings and floors.

How to use it

Choose an inner diameter matching the screw or threaded rod and a compatible material (zinc-plated, stainless steel, plastic). Place flat washers and penny washers under the nut to avoid damaging the substrate and to spread the pressure; place the spring washer under the nut, where it is flattened on tightening to resist vibration loosening. Use seismic washers only with the anchor they are certified for.
