Rubberised tape measure with ABS case Mass

What it is

Rubberised tape measure with ABS case Mass. Key specifications: length (m) 3, belt width (mm) 19, shell material Rubberised ABS.

A tape measure is a retractable steel measuring tape with an end hook and lock, for measuring lengths on site and in the workshop.

What it is for

Used for measuring on site and in the workshop and for marking out lines, dimensions and reference points before work begins.

How to use it

Hook the end of the tape over the edge of the workpiece or butt it against a surface: the sliding hook compensates for its own thickness in both cases. Extend the tape taut and straight, lock it and read the scale looking at it square-on. Guide the tape back as it retracts without letting it snap back, and keep it clean of mortar and moisture.
