What it is
is a high-quality, one-component sealant in acrylic dispersion with a granular structure. After application the product forms a soft elastoplastic rubber through evaporation of the water from the sealant. Fields of application: specially developed to fill and seal cracks, joints and holes in stucco and plaster and on substrates such as plywood, chipboard, hard and soft cardboard, wood, concrete, stone and plaster. It can be applied for any finish with a dry brush or a spatula. Certified and tested to: EN 15651 - 1: Type F – INT - EXT EMICODE EC 1 PLUS
Sealant is a paste product, in cartridges or tubes, that fills and seals joints and gaps, either remaining elastic or curing hard (silicones, polyurethanes, acrylics, hybrids, construction adhesives).
What it is for
Used for finishing plaster, from floating to smoothing, for sealing joints, gaps and service penetrations and for filling surfaces and joints.
How to use it
Clean and dry the joint edges, insert backer rod if needed and mask the edges with masking tape. Cut the nozzle at an angle to the width of the joint, extrude the product with the gun in a continuous bead and tool it with a wet spatula before it skins over. Remove the tape immediately and allow the full curing time before stressing the joint.
