What it is

The pozzolanic hydraulic lime Limepor EDO Kimia is part of the Limepor line by Kimia S.p.A., a leading Italian company since 1979 in the production of materials for pozzolanic hydraulic limes. Natural hydraulic lime-based mortar for skim coats on interior and exterior surfaces, with a maximum grain size of 0.6 mm

Lime is a powder binder for bedding mortars, renders and scratch coats, suitable for breathable masonry and the restoration of historic buildings.

What it is for

Used for finishing plaster, from floating to smoothing, for plastering walls and ceilings, by hand or by machine and for skimming surfaces before finishing.

How to use it

Remove loose material and dampen the substrate before application. Mix with clean water, and with sand if the product is not pre-blended, in the proportions given in the technical data sheet until a uniform consistency is obtained. Apply by hand or by machine and protect the mortar from sun, wind and frost for the first few days to prevent it drying out too quickly.
