Professional silenced piston compressor LN2 A49B 4 HP on 270 l tank Abac

What it is

Abac LN2 silenced piston compressor, code 4116026001, with A49B two-stage belt-driven pump unit mounted on a 270 litre tank. The 4 HP (3 kW) 400 V three-phase motor delivers air up to 11 bar, with 553 l/min of intake air; the pump runs at 1,300 rpm and is lubricated with 1.3 litres of oil. The noise level is 69 dB(A). A floor-mounted version, code 4116026000, is also available.

A piston compressor produces compressed air with one or more cylinders and stores it in a receiver, to supply air tools, spray guns and tyre inflation.

What it is for

Used to supply air tools, from the compressor to the point of use and in compressed air systems, from generation in the compressor room to distribution on the shop floor.

How to use it

Place it on a stable, well-ventilated surface, outdoors if it has a combustion engine, and connect it to a suitable socket or refuel it. On lubricated models, check the oil level before starting, then set the regulator to the pressure required by the tool. Drain condensate from the receiver regularly and clean or replace the air filters as specified in the manual.
