Waterproofing membranes are synthetic or bituminous sheets, with system profiles and accessories, that stop water or vapour on balconies, terraces and roofs.
What it is for
Used for waterproofing roofs, terraces and below-ground structures and for laying tiles and slabs, from spreading the adhesive to grouting.
How to use it
Prepare a clean, dry, smooth substrate, maintaining the falls. Lay the membrane bonded or loose-laid as specified by the system, overlapping the sheets and sealing joints, corners and junctions with the purpose-made pieces. Finish the edges with the specified profiles and check the continuity of the membrane before laying the finish.
