Expandable prefabricated module 28 m² ready for delivery AMES

What it is

This is an expandable multi-purpose module measuring 4.8 x 5.9 metres, with a total area of 28 m². It is a used structure in perfect condition, sold as a single unit on an “as seen” basis.

Inside, it forms one large open-plan space with a PVC floor. The module comes complete with a refurbished and certified electrical system and, before delivery, it is inspected, cleaned and sanitised.

What it is for

The structure can be adapted to many different uses. Its functionality can be extended by adding the kitchen block and the bathroom pod, which are available separately.

What is not included

The kitchen block shown in one of the photos is not included: the kitchen block and the bathroom pod can be supplied and quoted separately, even individually. Transport and installation at the destination are quoted according to the delivery location.

Customisation options

Like the other modules, this one can also be customised inside and out to suit the customer's requirements.

This is a single unit: availability must be confirmed when the request is made. State whether you also need the kitchen block or the bathroom pod, any customisations and the destination, so that transport and installation can be quoted. Installation takes place on concrete slabs, kerbs or blocks; permits from the local authorities depend on the use and the size.
