Circular formwork PANAWALL Round Panalex

What it is

Panalex PANAWALL Round is the circular variant of the PANAWALL framed formwork: it is continuously adjustable, without steps, for curved walls with an inner radius from 2.5 m. The surface follows the radius without breaking it into straight sections, and the same equipment can be readjusted when the diameter changes from one job to another, the case for which the supplier offers it.

Metal-framed formwork is a system of modular panels with steel or aluminium frames, joined by clamps, for casting concrete walls and columns.

What it is for

Used for building formwork for concrete pours and for pouring concrete, from formwork to vibration.

How to use it

Mark out the position of the pour on the ground and apply release agent to the panel faces. Set the panels side by side, join them with clamps or wedges, insert the tie rods with spacers and stabilise the formwork with props, checking it is plumb. Pour in layers, vibrating the concrete, and after striking, clean the panels before reuse.
