What it is

It is a used modular structure measuring 12 x 7.20 metres, made up of six modules of 6 x 2.40 metres each, with a total area of 86 m². The interior is floored entirely in porcelain stoneware and divided into three areas plus a technical room.

The main space is an open-plan area of about 56 m², which leads to a room with 6 shower cubicles and to a second room with 5 toilets; the WCs and shower trays are ceramic. The structure comes complete with electrical and plumbing systems.

What it is for

It suits many different uses: the open-plan space is left free to be fitted out, while the showers and toilets are already divided into separate rooms.

Condition of the used unit

The unit is sold individually, on an “as seen” basis. Before delivery the module is inspected, cleaned and sanitised, and a final check confirms that it works properly.

Delivery and assembly can be arranged on request: the customer remains responsible for preparing the area. Transport and installation at the destination are quoted according to the delivery location. Like the other modules, this one can also be customised inside and out.

This is a single unit: availability must be confirmed when the request is made. State the destination, so that transport and installation can be quoted, whether you need assembly and any customisations, and ask for the unit's documentation on structure, systems and thermal insulation. Installation takes place on concrete slabs, kerbs or blocks: the calculation and construction of the foundations are the customer's responsibility, and permits from the local authorities depend on use and size.
