TAK Telescopic Screed (Probst · TAK) — Special aluminum profiles. Extremely solid alloy, with low wear and high resistance, designed for full telescopic extension and infinitely adjustable. Fastening via an integrated coupling joint in any position. On each side there are side units with height-adjustable and easy-to-handle rollers with sliding metal sheets and deflectors. There is no height difference between the various telescopic joints as the profiles are arranged at the same level. A clever profile design and its height of 300 mm allow a large amount of material to be distributed. Lifting and transport thanks to the universal handling support. The screed can be lifted with a shovel for precise positioning. Recommended professional model, consisting of: 1 aluminum profile of 1,100, 1,700, 2,700, 3,000 mm (43¼, 67, 106¼, 118 inches) long, with integrated locking system. 1 set = 2 height-adjustable roller units with scrapers, with handling system for operation with a loader. 1 pair = 2 pulling chain units, incl. hooks, working widths between 1,200 mm (47¼ inches) and 7,500 mm (295¼ inches) can be achieved. Basic model, as described above, but consisting of only 2 aluminum profiles each 1700mm long. Working width from 1750 mm to 3500 mm With this adjustable intermediate part, roof and trough profiles can be produced with a tolerance of ± 3%.
