What it is
Pressure reducers for compressors. Key specifications: max pressure (bar) 10.
A pressure regulator or pressure reducing valve is an in-line component that lowers the incoming compressed air pressure and holds it constant at the set value, usually with a pressure gauge to read it.
What it is for
Used for maintaining compressors and air lines and in compressed air treatment, removing condensate, oil and particulates before the air reaches the point of use.
How to use it
Install it in line in the direction of flow marked on the body, upstream of the tool or machine. Set the pressure with the knob, starting from a low value and increasing it to the one required by the equipment, without exceeding the stated maximum. Check the pressure gauge from time to time, and the fittings for leaks.
