What it is

It is a school building constructed on the principle of modular prefabrication: the basic modules are joined horizontally or vertically, on one or two storeys, to form complex structures. Every school is made to measure, based on the number of pupils expected and the space available.

What it is for

It allows teaching to continue while a school building is being renovated or in emergency situations. Inside there is room for classrooms, connecting corridors, staff rooms, canteens, technical rooms and toilets, including toilets for people with disabilities.

Customisation options

The interior spaces can be divided as required: walls can be moved, classrooms made larger or smaller, and corridors, canteens and technical rooms added. The toilets, too, are fitted out in the number and with the furnishings requested, with smaller-sized fixtures for nursery schools. The floor is covered with tiles or porcelain stoneware, which are easy to clean.

Comfort and safety

The perimeter walls are made of mineral wool panels from 80 mm upwards, for adequate fire resistance and good acoustic comfort. The coloured external thermal insulation system, available on request, meets the requirements of Italian Law 10 on limiting energy consumption as far as the building envelope is concerned. Each classroom has air conditioning with class A heat pump split units with inverter technology, windows and doors with high thermal insulation, and a suspended ceiling.

Before you order

In your request, state the number of pupils and classrooms, the rooms required, whether the school is on one or two storeys, the fittings (electrical, plumbing and air-conditioning systems), the layout drawings and the transport destination. Installation is on concrete slabs, foundation kerbs or blocks: the calculation and execution of the foundations are the customer's responsibility, and permits from the local authorities depend on use and size.

With ISO 14001 certification, EN 1090 declaration of performance (CPR), UNI/PdR 125:2022 and SOA qualification.
