What it is

The condensate or water separator is an in-line component that removes liquid water from compressed air, generally by a centrifugal effect, and collects it in a drain bowl.

What it is for

Used for sandblasting surfaces and in compressed air treatment, removing condensate, oil and particulates before the air reaches the point of use.

How to use it

Install it in line on the air pipe, in the direction of flow marked on the body and with the bowl facing down. Drain the condensate periodically, by hand or with the automatic drain if fitted. Release the pressure from the system before removing the bowl or carrying out any work.
