Silgasket Grey/Black (Sigill) — Silgasket Grey/Black is a thixotropic, anti-corrosion, low volatility, single-component, room temperature curing silicone sealant paste. It forms a high-temperature resistant gasket that contains no solvents and does not shrink. It resists temporary contact with fuels, mineral oils, antifreeze, etc. The self-extruding pressurized bottles are designed to easily reach complex positions, limiting the need for disassembly. The Silgasket nozzle allows easy control of the silicone bead width, with an exclusive double-piston pressurized system that allows for smooth and clean dispensing from start to finish. Fields of application Primarily designed for sealing flanges with good resistance to engine oil and to withstand high joint movement requirements such as for stamped sheet metal covers, distribution covers and oil pans. Seals joints replacing any traditional preformed gasket. Ideal for sealing, bonding and protecting applications in air conditioning, electrical and metal processing systems.
