Nomad glass lifter Svelt

What it is

The Nomad by Svelt is a lifter for large glass sheets made up of two triangular side units, which attach to the glass and are connected with telescopic cross bars: the resulting structure lifts, tilts and transports the sheet on its wheels. It carries up to 400 kg, sheets up to 4,500 mm high and 3,600 mm wide, rotates sheets up to 4,400 mm long and allows micro-adjustments during installation.

Cranes and lifters are manual or electric machines for raising, positioning and stacking loads such as glass panes, materials, floodlights and pallets on site and in the warehouse.

What it is for

Used for handling slabs and large-format panels and for lifting loads, with accessories rated for the weight involved.

How to use it

Before use, check the outriggers, battery and safety devices and make sure the ground is level and load-bearing. Attach or place the load centrally, within the capacity shown on the rating plate for the given reach, and lift it slowly. Move with the load kept low and nobody in the operating area; the machine must be operated only by trained personnel.
