Natural hydraulic lime grout for bonding frescoed plasters Tectoria AFFRESCO Kimia

What it is

Kimia Tectoria AFFRESCO injection grout, made of pure natural hydraulic lime NHL 3.5 conforming to UNI EN 459, without cement. It is very fluid, with a low water/binder ratio and a maximum aggregate size of 0.1 mm, so it also enters minimal cracks and voids. The content of water-soluble salts is below 0.07% and at 28 days the flexural strength exceeds 1.2 MPa. It comes as a white powder.

Grout is a very fluid mix of binder and water, sometimes with very fine aggregates, injected into voids and cracks in masonry to consolidate it.

What it is for

Used for strengthening masonry and concrete structures and for structural and assembly bonding.

How to use it

Clean the crack and saturate it with water, then set up the injection points. Mix with the stated amount of water at low speed to a lump-free mix, and inject at low pressure starting from the bottom. Wash tools immediately.
