What it is
The Cetaform P21 Series professional level (code 0701-785-030-01 and variants) is the ideal measuring tool for joiners, installers and construction operators who require precision and robustness on site. Designed to withstand impacts and ensure reliable readings, it suits fitting, alignment and checking work on horizontal and vertical surfaces.
A box section spirit level is a rigid aluminium profile with bubble vials for checking level and plumb; some have a magnetic base.
What it is for
Used for levelling surfaces and structures and for setting out, in masonry work, from laying blocks to filling chases and for marking out lines, dimensions and reference points before work begins.
How to use it
Place the level on the clean surface and read the bubble: the surface is level when the bubble is centred between the two lines. To check its accuracy, take a reading, turn the level through 180 degrees on the same spot and read again: the bubble must be in the same position. Do not use it as a straightedge for striking or levering, and store it in its case.
