What it is
The Unifix X4L SDS-plus shank drill bit (code 3654-40-165-01) is the professional solution for precise drilling in concrete and reinforced concrete, designed for rotary-percussion tools with an SDS-plus chuck. Ideal for building contractors, installers and industrial maintenance engineers who require consistent performance and clean holes even in demanding conditions.
A masonry bit is a carbide-tipped bit for drilling concrete, brick and stone with a hammer drill or rotary hammer.
What it is for
Used for drilling reinforced concrete, in hammer or rotary hammer mode and for drilling solid and hollow masonry, clay brick and blocks.
How to use it
Choose the machine's shank type (straight, SDS-Plus or SDS-Max) and the diameter required by the wall plug. Start the hole at low speed, then engage hammer action, holding the bit square to the surface and without forcing, withdrawing it frequently to clear the dust. Clean the dust out of the hole before inserting the plug.
