Industrial vacuum cleaner VHC120 Z1 EXA Nilfisk

What it is

Compressed air vacuum cleaners guarantee respect for the environment and the highest level of safety for operators, even in hazardous environments. Thanks to the new vacuum generation system, the unit delivers good performance with the lowest air consumption ever, leading to significant savings in costs and energy. Compact and light, the VHC120 model is fitted with a 37-litre container. This unit can be made in a painted or stainless steel version, and in an ATEX explosion-proof version (for Gas zones 1-2 and Dust zones 21-22). The ATEX version is fitted with the new inlet connector, which accepts only ATEX-certified Nilfisk accessories, thus preventing any improper use and ensuring complete safety from the vacuum cleaner to the final accessory (read more about the new ATEX accessories).

Special industrial vacuums are machines for specific applications: class M or H hazardous dusts, potentially explosive atmospheres, the food industry, and battery or compressed-air operation.

Used for dust extraction at source, keeping both the workpiece and the workshop air clean, for work in dusty environments and for industrial cleaning of production areas, machinery and plant.

How to use it

Choose the version certified for the substance and the working environment, and never substitute an ordinary vacuum. Before start-up, check filters and seals, and during use activate the filter cleaning system provided; in potentially explosive atmospheres, use only antistatic accessories and an earth connection. Empty hazardous dusts into sealed bags while wearing respiratory protection.
