What it is

The coffee maker is a vessel for making coffee on the hob or on an induction plate, of the moka type: water heated in the boiler rises under steam pressure through the ground coffee to the upper section. Electric models and the Neapolitan type also exist.

How to use it
Fill the boiler with water up to just below the valve, fill the filter with coffee without pressing it down, and screw the pot together tightly. Place it over a medium-low heat and remove it when the coffee stops rising. Wash only with hot water, without harsh detergents, and dry thoroughly.
