What it is
The Awelco WELDING MAGNET welding magnet (code 88031) holds sheet metal, tubes and metal components precisely in place during welding, freeing the operator's hands and ensuring perfect alignment. How to use it
Connect the earth clamp and cable to the welder, checking that the connectors are tight, then attach the earth clamp to a point of clean metal on the workpiece. Use magnets to hold parts square during tack welding. Spray anti-spatter on the workpiece and nozzle before welding. Replace damaged cables and clamps immediately.
