The engine-driven compressor is an air compressor powered by an internal combustion engine, petrol or diesel, which does not depend on the mains electricity supply and is used where there is no power, for example on a building site.

Used to supply air tools, from the compressor to the point of use, in compressed air systems, from generation in the compressor room to distribution on the shop floor and for pruning branches, hedges and trees.

How to use it

Use it only outdoors or in very well-ventilated areas, because the engine produces exhaust gases. Before starting, place it on level, stable ground and check the engine oil and fuel. After starting, let the engine warm up, set the outlet pressure and connect the tool. Switch it off and let it cool before refuelling, drain the condensate from the receiver and clean the air filters.
