What it is
The flashing screw VI by Bossong is an A2 stainless steel fastener designed for applications on flashings, gutters, downpipes and metal structures. With an M6 diameter and a length of 16 mm, it includes an 18 mm domed washer for a stable anchorage and a neat finish. Its corrosion resistance and strength make it ideal for use in building and roofing, where reliability and durability are essential.
Metal screws are self-drilling screws, roofing and cladding screws and cheese-head screws for fixing steel sheet, profiles and roofing.
What it is for
Used for general-purpose fixing into masonry, concrete and timber and for roof maintenance.
How to use it
Choose the screw according to the total thickness to be drilled and the type of sheet. Drive self-drilling screws with the screwdriver square to the surface at a suitable speed, without forcing, until the sealing washer is slightly compressed. Screw metric screws into tapped holes or secure them with a nut.
