Sponge GR40 Breaker

What it is

The Breaker GR40 sponge is an essential accessory for finishing traditional rough plaster surfaces, designed to deliver uniform, high-quality results. Ideal for builders and painters and decorators, this white sponge of a higher grade allows finer finishing, reducing sanding times and improving the final appearance. Compatible with the FRBG400-14 model, it fits perfectly into Breaker surface treatment machines and power tools, ensuring consistent performance even on intensive sites.

The wall sander is an electric machine with an abrasive backing pad, often mounted on a telescopic pole, which sands plasterboard, fillers and plaster on walls and ceilings.

What it is for

Used for finishing plaster, from floating to smoothing and for plastering walls and ceilings, by hand or by machine.

How to use it

Fit the abrasive disc of the suitable grit to the hook-and-loop backing pad and connect a vacuum cleaner for the dust. Rest the pad flat against the wall and move the machine in regular passes, without stopping in one spot so as not to create hollows. Work with a dust mask and goggles and change the disc when it no longer removes material.
