Scrap container with two hatches in orange metal Carvel

What it is

Orange metal container for collecting swarf and production waste, fitted with two doors for discharging the material. It comes in two sizes, 1500x1000 mm and 650 mm high, or 2000x1000 mm and 1000 mm high, both on 114 mm feet.

A tipping skip is a sheet metal or plastic bin that is emptied by tipping it with a forklift or lifting device, used for swarf, offcuts and bulk materials.

What it is for

Used for managing and collecting production and job-site waste, in metalworking and for handling materials on site.

How to use it

Choose the capacity according to the material and the capacity of the vehicle that will lift it. Fill it no higher than the rim and within the stated capacity, engage the forks in the dedicated pockets and release the tipping mechanism only over the discharge point, with no one nearby. Periodically check the release lever, locking mechanism and wheels.

Safe use
