Rotary-tipping scrap container 1000x1000x800 mm Carvel

What it is

Orange metal skip for collecting swarf and production waste, emptied by rotating it until the contents tip out. It measures 1000x1000 mm in plan and 800 mm in height, plus the 150 mm feet.

A tipping skip is a sheet metal or plastic bin that is emptied by tipping it with a forklift or lifting device, used for swarf, offcuts and bulk materials.

What it is for

Used for managing and collecting production and job-site waste, in metalworking and for handling materials on site.

How to use it

Choose the capacity according to the material and the capacity of the vehicle that will lift it. Fill it no higher than the rim and within the stated capacity, engage the forks in the dedicated pockets and release the tipping mechanism only over the discharge point, with no one nearby. Periodically check the release lever, locking mechanism and wheels.
