What it is

The DeWalt D25899K-QS is a corded demolition hammer with an SDS-Max fitting, designed for demanding demolition. It draws 1500 W and develops an impact rate of 2040 blows per minute for effective material removal. With a weight of 9.9 kg and dimensions of 650 mm long, 250 mm high and 127 mm wide, it is sized for heavy-duty work.

What it is for

How to use it

Insert the clean, greased chisel into the tool holder until it clicks and check that it is locked. Hold the tool with both hands, let the weight of the machine do the work without pushing, and work in short sections, angling the chisel to break away the material. Wear safety glasses, hearing protection, a dust mask and anti-vibration gloves, and take breaks to limit vibration exposure.
