Laser level, green beam, class 2, DeWalt

What it is

The DCE0822D1G-QW is a DeWalt Class 2 green-beam laser line marker, in which Green Beam technology ensures excellent beam visibility even in challenging light conditions. It offers a visible working distance of up to 30 m and an accuracy of +/- 3 mm at 10 m, and is supplied with a battery included for immediate use.

A line laser level is a self-levelling instrument that projects horizontal, vertical or cross lines onto walls, floors and ceilings for alignment and marking out.

What it is for

Used for levelling surfaces and structures and for setting out, for installing plasterboard partitions and suspended ceilings and for laying tiles and slabs, from spreading the adhesive to grouting.

How to use it

Position the level on a tripod, bracket or stable surface, unlock the pendulum and wait for it to self-level; if the beam flashes, it is out of range. Select the line needed and mark the reference points in pencil. In bright light or outdoors, use the receiver on models that support one, and always lock the pendulum for transport.
