What it is

The DeWalt DT6524-QZ universal multi-material drill bit is a drilling accessory with a diameter of 10 mm, suitable for use on masonry. It offers a working length of 104 mm on an overall length of 134 mm, dimensions designed for making medium-depth holes in masonry materials.

With the plasterboard cutting bit, follow the edge of the box or opening in one continuous pass.
