Masonry drill bit DeWalt DT6716-QZ

What it is

The DeWalt DT6716-QZ masonry drill bit is a hammer drilling tool for concrete with a diameter of 16 mm. Thanks to the working length of 230 mm, it allows deep holes for high-capacity anchors; the overall length of 48.2 cm and the weight of 0.379 kg give it the robustness needed for demanding work. The round connection shank ensures compatibility with standard chucks.

How to use it

Choose the machine's shank type (straight, SDS-Plus or SDS-Max) and the diameter required by the wall plug. Start the hole at low speed, then engage hammer action, holding the bit square to the surface and without forcing, withdrawing it frequently to clear the dust. Clean the dust out of the hole before inserting the plug.
