How to use it

Connect tubular rooflights to the interior diffuser with the tube kept as straight as possible. Fit shutters and opening accessories after the window; clean seals and glass periodically.

Standards and compliance

Roof windows comply with standard EN 14351-1 (product standard for windows and doors) for CE marking, with requirements for air and water tightness, thermal insulation (Uw, thermal transmittance coefficient), sound insulation (Rw) and wind load resistance. The glazing complies with EN 1279 (insulating glass units), with laminated safety glass on the inside and toughened glass on the outside for hail resistance. Installation requires certified waterproofing flashings to keep the roof covering watertight.
