What it is
The Fervi PI453150 quick-release impact extension bar is an accessory for impact drivers and impact wrenches with a 1/2" drive, a length of 150 mm and a diameter of 25 mm. The quick-release system makes it easier to change sockets, while the impact-grade structure is designed to withstand the stresses of pneumatic and cordless tools.
The socket extension is a rod with a square male drive at one end and a female drive at the other, which extends the drive to reach recessed nuts.
What it is for
Used for repetitive screwdriving into wood, metal and plasterboard, where torque and consistency matter, for vehicle maintenance, in the workshop and on the road and for tightening nuts and bolts where torque must be accurate and repeatable.
How to use it
Fit it between the machine and the socket until the retaining ball clicks, choosing the shortest length needed. The longer it is, the less rigid and accurate it becomes, so keep the machine aligned with the axis. On impact machines, use only impact extensions.
