Compact leaf filter Rototec

What it is

Polyethylene rainwater filter with stainless steel cartridge, designed for separating coarse materials present in rainwater. The ideal solution to optimise the efficiency of collection and storage systems without the need for additional space or particular gradients. Main functions: - Removal of leaves, small stones and coarse debris - Self-cleaning of the filter thanks to the overflow system - Flow rate sized for standard rainfall of 300 l/(s·ha) Main features: - Polyethylene body with stainless steel filter cartridge - Simple installation even in small spaces - Debris automatically expelled through the overflow - Cartridge easily removable for cleaning 3–4 times a year - Compatible with the main Rototec tanks

The filter traps leaves, dirt and impurities in the water before they reach the tank, pump or taps; it may be of the mesh, cartridge or integrated pit type.

What it is for

Used for water drainage, for filtering system water and in the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems.

How to use it

Install on the pipe or at the tank inlet, observing the flow direction. Check and clean periodically: the mesh and basket are rinsed, the cartridge is replaced, because a clogged filter reduces flow and pressure. For drinking water, use only filters designed for that purpose.
