Fixing InnoLock FBC-S Fischer

What it is

The InnoLock FBC-S fixing from Fischer is a channel bolt designed for quick, secure installation on prepared profiles. It has an M12 metric thread with a diameter of 12 mm, strength class 8.8 and a hot-dip galvanised finish; it is 40 mm long, 43 mm wide and 10.7 mm high. It is suitable for FES-RS-S-600 and FES-RS-S-700 profiles on the FBC-S-225 profile, with a minimum bolt spacing of 60 mm. The product is covered by ETA-approval 22/0035, for concrete class 12/15, in packs of 25 pieces.

Heavy-duty fixings are steel or reinforced nylon anchors that carry high loads in concrete and solid masonry.

What it is for

Used for anchoring shelves, brackets and structures to walls, for mechanical fixing of structures and components to walls, ceilings and floors and for structural fixings, where the fixing is load-bearing and must be calculated.

How to use it

Drill with a bit of the specified diameter to the required depth, then clean the hole with a brush and blow-out pump. Insert the anchor through the part to be fixed, hammering it in if necessary, and tighten the nut with a torque wrench to the torque specified by the manufacturer. Observe the minimum edge distances and spacings stated in the technical data sheet.
