What it is

Spill kit for chemical leaks, with 181 litres of absorption capacity stored in a yellow painted metal cabinet. The cabinet has one door, is mounted on wheels and has a handle for moving it to the spill. It measures 580x1000x460 mm.

Industrial absorbents are pads, rolls, pillows, booms and kits that soak up spills of oil, chemicals or water and stop them spreading.

How to use it

Choose the absorbent for the liquid (oil-only, chemical or universal) and keep a spill kit ready near high-risk points. In the event of a spill, put on PPE, surround the spill with booms, cover the drain and lay pads and pillows from the outside towards the centre. Collect used absorbents in closed containers and dispose of them as waste according to the substance absorbed.
