The laser tracker is a high-precision 3D measuring instrument that follows a reflector with a laser beam and measures its position, to check large components, machines and plant.

How to use it
Set it up stable on a tripod, away from vibration, and let it stabilise at the ambient temperature. Move the reflector along the points to be measured without interrupting the beam. Use it with its measuring software. Do not look into the beam, and carry it in its case.
