A laser distance meter is an instrument that measures distances, areas and volumes with a laser beam, without running out a tape.

What it is for

Used for measuring on site and in the workshop, for laser measurement of distances, heights and areas and for taking measurements and levels in the field.

How to use it

Place the instrument on the starting point, selecting the measuring reference: front edge, rear edge or end piece. Aim the beam at the target surface and press the button; outdoors or over long distances, use the viewfinder, camera or a target plate. Never point the beam into anyone's eyes, and keep the lens clean.
