Stand for 1000 L tank in horizontal position in painted tubular steel 1340x1250x450/500 mm Carvel

What it is

Tubular steel frame on which a 1000-litre tank can be rested horizontally. The anticorrosion treatment with oil- and acid-resistant polyurethane resins, followed by polyester painting for outdoor use, makes it suitable for outdoor use too. It is green, a safety colour in accordance with ISO 3864, and measures 1340x1250 mm in plan.

Steel shelving, cantilever racking and mezzanine floors are structures that store goods, drums and materials vertically and create additional usable floor space in the warehouse.

Used for organising the warehouse, for workplace safety, as equipment required by the safety plan and for the orderly storage of materials and equipment.

How to use it

Assemble the structure on a level, load-bearing floor following the manufacturer's diagram, anchoring it to the floor or wall where required. Observe the stated load capacity per shelf and bay, placing the heaviest items at the bottom and spreading the load evenly. Check uprights and beams regularly and immediately replace any that have been struck or deformed.

Safe use

Place the stand on a flat, load-bearing surface and, if the tank contains hazardous substances, provide a suitable leak containment system. Check the paintwork periodically and restore it where it is damaged.
