Arbor for hole saws Unifix

What it is

The Unifix 6.35x80 pilot drill for hole saws is the professional solution for accurate drilling in metals and composite materials. Designed to withstand heavy loads, it is aimed at machine shops, metal fabricators and industrial maintenance engineers who need reliability in every cut.

The pilot drill is the twist drill fitted at the centre of the hole saw arbor: it centres the tool and guides it through the first few millimetres of the hole.

What it is for

Used for drilling wood and panels, for drilling steel, stainless steel and aluminium, on a pillar drill or with a hand-held drill and for running services through walls, floors and suspended ceilings.

How to use it

Insert it in the arbor and lock it with the screw or the intended system, letting it protrude slightly beyond the teeth of the saw. Replace it when it is worn, bent or no longer centres properly. Use the size specified for that arbor.
