Window and Door Frame Screws

20 products

Window and door frame screws are used to fix window and door frames directly into masonry, without wall plugs. They are long, slim screws with a countersunk or cylindrical head, which pass through the frame and screw into the hole drilled in the wall.

Types in the collection

  • Frame screws with a diameter of 7.5 mm and lengths of 92, 132 and 152 mm (DeWalt).
  • Steel frame screws (Fischer, Bossong).
  • Adjustable screws, which allow the position of the frame to be adjusted during installation (Fischer).

Brands included: DeWalt, Fischer and Bossong.

How to choose

The length is determined by the thickness of the frame, the gap between frame and wall, and the anchorage depth required in the substrate. The type of masonry (concrete or brick) and the shape of the head also matter: it must sit flush or be hidden by the cover trim. If the frame needs to be adjusted during installation, choose adjustable screws.

AMES Srl works on a quotation basis: tell us the size and quantity and we will reply with availability and lead times.
