What it is

The Barikell MK12-160 HCS twin-rotor power trowel is the professional solution for finishing concrete surfaces over large areas, designed for industrial sites and large floor slabs. With its generous coverage per pass, this model ensures uniformity and productivity at every stage of the work.

A power trowel, or helicopter, is a machine with rotating blades that smooths and compacts the surface of fresh concrete to produce flat, closed-surface floors.

What it is for

Used for finishing fresh concrete and for pouring concrete, from formwork to vibration.

How to use it

Go onto the slab when the concrete bears your weight leaving only a light footprint. Make a first pass with the float pan or float blades to close the surface, then change to finishing blades, gradually increasing pitch and speed. At the end of the job, wash the machine immediately and check the blades for wear.
