Twin power trowel MK8-90 High Rider 36" Barikell

What it is

The MK8-90 High Rider 36 Inches twin-rotor power trowel by Barikell is designed for the professional finishing of concrete surfaces on a large scale. With a twin-rotor system and raised operator seat, it delivers precision and productivity on industrial and logistics sites.

A power trowel, or helicopter, is a machine with rotating blades that smooths and compacts the surface of fresh concrete to produce flat, closed-surface floors.

What it is for

Used for finishing fresh concrete and for pouring concrete, from formwork to vibration.

How to use it

Go onto the slab when the concrete bears your weight leaving only a light footprint. Make a first pass with the float pan or float blades to close the surface, then change to finishing blades, gradually increasing pitch and speed. At the end of the job, wash the machine immediately and check the blades for wear.
