What it is

The Barikell MK8-120 46 Inches twin-rotor power trowel is the professional solution for the uniform finishing of concrete surfaces over medium to large areas. Designed for industrial sites and specialist operators, it combines productivity with direct control thanks to its ride-on operator system.

A power trowel, or helicopter, is a machine with rotating blades that smooths and compacts the surface of fresh concrete to produce flat, closed-surface floors.

What it is for

Used for finishing fresh concrete and for pouring concrete, from formwork to vibration.

How to use it

Go onto the slab when the concrete bears your weight leaving only a light footprint. Make a first pass with the float pan or float blades to close the surface, then change to finishing blades, gradually increasing pitch and speed. At the end of the job, wash the machine immediately and check the blades for wear.
