Quick percussion anchor DZ-N Bossong

What it is

The DZ-N quick hammer-set anchor by Bossong is a mechanical anchor in galvanised steel designed for secure, fast fixings in concrete and hard materials. Thanks to its controlled expansion system and hammer-in installation, it delivers reliable performance in professional applications. Available in 6 mm diameter and in lengths of 35 mm and 65 mm, it suits different fixing needs in building and industry.

Heavy-duty fixings are steel or reinforced nylon anchors that carry high loads in concrete and solid masonry.

What it is for

Used for anchoring shelves, brackets and structures to walls, for mechanical fixing of structures and components to walls, ceilings and floors and for structural fixings, where the fixing is load-bearing and must be calculated.

How to use it

Drill with a bit of the specified diameter to the required depth, then clean the hole with a brush and blow-out pump. Insert the anchor through the part to be fixed, hammering it in if necessary, and tighten the nut with a torque wrench to the torque specified by the manufacturer. Observe the minimum edge distances and spacings stated in the technical data sheet.
