Quick percussion anchor TLS Bossong

What it is

The quick percussion anchor TLS by Bossong is a zinc-plated steel mechanical anchor designed for secure, fast fixings in concrete and other hard materials. Thanks to the controlled expansion system and hammer-in installation, it delivers reliable performance in professional applications. Available in diameters of 5 and 7 mm and in various lengths (25–300 mm), it suits a range of fixing needs in building and industry.

Heavy-duty fixings are steel or reinforced nylon anchors that carry high loads in concrete and solid masonry.

What it is for

Used for anchoring shelves, brackets and structures to walls, for mechanical fixing of structures and components to walls, ceilings and floors and for structural fixings, where the fixing is load-bearing and must be calculated.

How to use it

Drill with a bit of the specified diameter to the required depth, then clean the hole with a brush and blow-out pump. Insert the anchor through the part to be fixed, hammering it in if necessary, and tighten the nut with a torque wrench to the torque specified by the manufacturer. Observe the minimum edge distances and spacings stated in the technical data sheet.
