What it is
The JNL-BOI hammer-in flashing plug by Bossong is a fixing system designed for applications on roofs, gutters and external finishes. Made with a nylon plug and fitted with an A2 stainless steel screw and cap, it ensures corrosion resistance and durability even in adverse weather conditions. The metallic finish blends in aesthetically with the surfaces it is fixed to, while the standard 6 mm diameter makes it versatile for different light-duty fixing needs in building and flashing.
Light-duty wall plugs are nylon or plastic plugs, also with a screw or hook, that expand in the hole to fix light and medium-weight items to walls.
What it is for
Used for general-purpose fixing into masonry, concrete and timber and for roof maintenance.
How to use it
Choose the diameter and length according to the substrate and load, then drill with a bit of the same diameter as the plug. Clean the dust out of the hole, insert the plug flush with the wall and drive the screw until tight, without letting the plug spin in the hole. In hollow bricks, drill without hammer action.
