Base for honeycomb rigid shoring tower, CSC Edilizia 425-02

What it is

Base 425-02 by CSC Edilizia is the support and fixing element dedicated to the non-deformable honeycomb tower of the range. Made of S235JR steel (Fe 360 B), a structural grade chosen for strength and weldability, it weighs 6.90 kg and is prepared with Ø18 mm holes and 18x45 mm slots for fixing to the supporting structure. Machining follows the general tolerances of UNI-ISO 2768.

The base is the steel plate on which the anchor post is mounted and which is fixed to the roof structure.

What it is for

Used as an anchor point in fall protection systems and for roof maintenance.

How to use it

Fix it to the supporting structure with the anchors specified in the design, then fit and lock the anchor post. Restore the waterproofing around the base and periodically check tightness and the condition of the steel.
