Collar CSC Edilizia 425A

What it is

The CSC Edilizia 425A collar is a structural component for lifeline systems, made of S235JR steel (Fe 360 B) and machined to UNI-ISO 2768. Weighing 11.10 kg and with 7 holes of Ø 14 mm for fixing, it provides a robust clamping fit around the supporting element. The galvanised finish ensures corrosion resistance even in prolonged exposure.

The collar is a steel fixing element, sold singly or in pairs, matched to an anchor post to connect it to the roof structure.

What it is for

Used as an anchor point in fall protection systems, for work at height, where access and restraint must be ensured for the whole job and for roof maintenance.

How to use it

Choose the type of collar according to the shape of the roof and the anchor post, as indicated by the manufacturer. Position it and tighten it with the bolts supplied, checking alignment and hold. It is part of the design of the anchor system and is checked at every periodic inspection.
